I bought these to have a complete set for Latina Christiana 1. I now realize I could have had my children make them out of index cards. We will still use them but next time I would save my money and just buy index cards.

I have been pleased with these cards, they are of a better quality then I had expected them to be and also included some (8) blank cards to write words that they had not included that you may wish to add yourself. I had been doing Latin with my children for about a year before purchasing this set, using a dry erase board for the words we were doing. This works for a time but becomes a bit much once you get to 50 words or more and gets difficult to organize well. So being able to bring something like this into our Latin study has been very helpful. It also helps to be able to go through a certain number of words by cards rather then trying to recall which words we did the night before, therefore keeping it organized is far easier and the answer being on the back of the cards helps if you don't know the Latin words per se, or have forgotten what they mean yourself. It comes with a very large number of words, thou it does not include all the words of the prima Latina set including the practical sayings, but it does include most of the words. I have been very pleased with this set, I highly recommend them and look forward to getting the Latina Christiana 2 set as well, once the time comes.
