Great First KiteApr 05, 2009
By Anne Great first kite for my 3 year old. Easy to use, even in minimal wind. She is able to fly it by herself quite high in the sky. I need to get another string holder, however. It unravels easily, and the catch on one side broke. The fairy is adorable.

Great.Feb 13, 2011
By European History Guy We've only had this out once, but my five-year-old loves the motif, it flys well in a stiff wind, and it was fun.
One point, the string and the string holder that came with it are pretty cheap and awkward. I followed the advice here and bought a better spool of 50lbs. string, and I'm glad I did.

Great beginner kite for a kid and her novice parentsAug 25, 2010
By LPL Mommy We went a park and saw some kids flying a kite and our 2 year old really wanted to try it, so I decided to get her one for Easter. My husband and I don't fly kites. I honestly can't remember hte last time I tried. The kite was super cute and easy to fly. Maybe it was too easy or my daughter is too young, but honestly the kids got a little bored quite quickly. In the end, I can only rate it as a kite and say it definitely did it's job. I also bought a different string holder as the other reviewers recommended and it worked well.

Fabulous kite for my 3 year oldDec 06, 2010
By AppreciatesAdvice This is a great kite. I never imagined it would last as long as it has (over 6 months now). It is so easy to fly that my daughter and her friends love to run with it across the park and fly it by themselves. We've never flown it very high, just by running it. It's great exercise for the kids and they feel so good that they can get it up on their own. It's so cute watching them run and try to look back and see it flying at the same time. The durability is great...it's hit a couple of trees and the ground and it's still like new.

Fantastic Fairy KiteJul 28, 2010

Got this for our 8 year old granddaughter who tried it out on a beach of the Pacific Ocean. The first day the wind was fierce and yet it flew well and weathered the wind without any damage. The next day the wind was quite mild and yet she flew like a dream. I highly recommend this Easy Flyer Kite for kids and adults. I bought a different character for each of our 3 grandchildren and all of them exceeded all our our expectations.
