Description:

This is the Teacher Guide: 'If the Romans were history's great men of action, the Greeks were history's great men of thought. Dive into the lives and minds of thirty famous Greeks through stories detailing the rise, Golden Age, and fall of Greece. The triumphs of Aristotle, Ptolemy, Ulysses, Pericles, Alexander the Great, and many others will enable your students to understand why the scope of Greek accomplishment is still known today as "The Greek Miracle." Famous Men of Greece Teacher and Student Guides: We now offer a year-long workbook course that comprehensively covers the Famous Men of Greece. Each of the thirty workbook lessons includes famous quotes, a drill of key people and places, ten vocabulary words, 5-10 comprehension questions per lesson, and an activities section that includes map work, timelines, discussion questions, and art projects. The program also comes with 8 pages of supplements, including maps of ancient and modern Europe, a "Who Said That?" worksheet, and drawing pages.

3I like the information covered, but....Feb 21, 2012

The tests are terrible. I am unsure what happened, but in several of the tests, there are answers in the answer key for questions not asked on the test. In one instance there were 10 questions, but 17 answers.....really....It looks as though they did well at the first 2 tests, but after that, stopped editing.
